During her 30 years marketing and managing property Kathy has helped thousands of families meet their real estate needs. Before obtaining her real-estate brokerage license Kathy specialized in single family sales and multi-family property management. In her career, she participated in multi-family and investment due diligence, market evaluations, and purchases including conventional and student properties.

Her career started in 1990, and since then she has managed thousands of homes, supervised numerous team members, and reviewed tens of thousands of contracts.

Kathy has experience in residential homes and residential community reconstruction. In her career, she has had the opportunity to oversee “Flipping Communities” by taking distressed apartment communities and single-family homes, reconstructing them, and then aggressively reimaging the community and increasing revenue.

A real estate innovator, Kathy has a thorough understanding of student and conventional markets, and has the knowledge to assess properties and their values. Having many years of experience marketing property for sale and for lease, Kathy incorporates her experience in understanding the target market, along with excellent photography, home staging, and a thorough appreciation for details to successfully facilitate sales, leasing, and property management transactions.

Paula comes to Texas Prime Real Estate & Blue Ribbon Property Management with years of corporate, sales, and real estate experience. She has a true passion for community, people, and family!

Paula serves as the Director of Operation for Texas Prime Real Estate & Blue Ribbon Property Management, and is a Texas licensed REALTOR®. She has experience in residential, land, investment sales, and Property Management in the Greater Fort Worth market, Brazos Valley, and the Lake Livingston areas.

Her real estate career began as a website coordinator for a local real estate company in Cleburne, TX. Watching other agents in the office sparked her desire to obtain her Real Estate License in 2004. She was nominated for Rookie of the Year in 2005. She has spent the last 5 years focusing on residential sales and property management.

A servant at heart, she is a Mother, Grandmother, and Dog Mom! Involved in her community, she volunteers as a Poll Worker during elections and has been serving on various committees and professional organization boards which included the Johnson County Child Protective Services Board.

Paula and Monte reside in Godley Texas with their 2 dogs and she works remotely supporting the College Station home office. Paula is excited to be a part of the Texas Prime Real Estate & Blue Ribbon Property Management team and works hard to support the team and her clients as she continues to build her Real Estate business.

Taylor is a Texas Prime Realtor who believes in the power of companionship and proficiency. Taylor is known for wearing a lot of hats and has worked in several positions at Blue Ribbon. Taylor now strives to achieve her Broker’s license within the next 2 years. When Taylor is not helping someone find a home, you can find her at Crossfit SDA, walking her two French bulldogs, or at the park with her husband and son.

Hailey’s favorite part of her role is the ability to brighten someone’s day and make meaningful connections. Currently serving as our Lead Applications Specialist, Haleigh plays a crucial role in our office processing applications, assisting with renewals, orchestrating seamless move-ins, and extending a helping hand to all incoming tenants. In every aspect of her life, Haleigh brings a unique blend of Texas charm, Aggie pride, and a commitment to ensuring a positive experience for those she encounters.

Brianna Hoefer is the Marketing and Leasing Assistant at Blue Ribbon Property Management and a licensed Texas real estate agent, proudly following in her mother’s footsteps. She plays a vital role in property leasing, marketing, and ensuring a seamless experience for both owners and tenants.

Growing up surrounded by property management and construction, Brianna developed a passion for real estate early on. Homeschooled as a child, she spent much of her time on job sites alongside her father, a custom home builder, where she gained hands-on experience in the industry. Her background has given her a deep understanding of both the maintenance and leasing sides of property management.

Outside of work, Brianna enjoys DIY projects, landscaping, and spending time with her daughter, creating memories through painting and organizing. When she’s not busy, you can find her curled up with a good book and her beloved toy Aussies. She values integrity, professionalism, and treating others' time and resources with the same care as her own.

Morgan Naha is a dedicated Texas Prime Realtor and Leasing Assistant who ensures tenants feel welcome from the moment they sign their lease. She specializes in renewals, lease agreements, tenant transitions, and move-in assistance, making the process smooth and stress-free. As a first impressions specialist, Morgan greets every new tenant with a warm "Howdy!" welcome email, setting the tone for a great rental experience. She also helps prospective tenants by providing property tours and guidance in finding the perfect home.

When she’s not assisting clients, Morgan is on the go with her kids' travel baseball and soccer teams. A Diet Coke lover, she also enjoys spending time with her adorable toy Aussie, Roe.

As an Assistant Property Manager at Blue Ribbon, she oversees rental payments, as well as renters insurance and tenant violations. For Lynne, learning our tenant’s stories is the most rewarding part of the role. Lynne enjoys baking and sewing. In her free time, you can find her dominating at dominoes.

In 2020, Cyndi decided to reinstate her real estate license in the BCS area. For Cyndi, the most rewarding part of the job is meeting new people and ensuring that each person is helped to the best of her ability. In her free time, you can find her playing golf, lying by the pool, taking care of her yard, and taking care of her dogs, birds, and cats.
